Event Management Direct (EMD) has over 25 years’ experience in event management and administration. We work closely with medical professionals, having been established through our relationship with Consultant Anaesthetists.

Our clients currently include societies and associations across a range of specialties, including anaesthesia, hair research, paediatrics, scientific research and orthopaedics.

We offer a comprehensive event management service, covering venue sourcing and negotiation, budget management, speaker liaison, accommodation, abstract and delegate management, conference and faculty dinners, flyer design and print, website and social media updates and feedback collation and reporting. All events are managed entirely in-house by our dedicated EMD team, ensuring continuity and a consistent point of contact from planning through to on-site delivery.

In addition, we provide full society administration and membership services. This includes managing memberships and finances, acting as the main point of contact for all phone and postal enquiries, overseeing membership renewals, attending meetings to take minutes and maintaining society websites and social media channels. We offer complete administrative support, allowing societies to focus on their core objectives.
